Refunds / Returns

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for your address being typed in incorrect.
Packages Returned to love Collection by the U.S. Postal Service
The address entered into the order by the customer is printed directly on the label. Orders returned to love Collection due to an incorrect or insufficient address are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned to us by your local post office, we will notify you via email (if you have provided an email in your order) with the specific reason stamped on the envelope by your local post office.
As a one time courtesy, we will issue you a code allowing you to reorder for a fee of $4.99 to cover re-shipping and re-processing. You will not be charged again for the items themselves.
If you choose not to reorder using this code, and request a refund, a $4.99 fee will be deducted from your refund.
